How to setup system call recording
Call Recording
The built in system call recording can be used to store and retrieve calls through the CDR section of the platform.
Enabling Call Recording:
Call Recording are enabled on the tennant level
Listening to call recordings
Once some calls have been recorded, they can be downloaded from the CDR section of the platform:
1. Tick your selection (ticking multiple records will bulk download instead of playing them back)
2. Press listen to open the client side playback.
Press “Download” to retrieve the recording.
Note – Call recording storage is set to a rolling 1 month period. Ensure to backup call recordings before this period expired to avoid lost recordings.
