How to Access a group mailbox via the OSC portal

The “Voicemail” section can be accessed through the online selfcare portal.

Underneath the Mailbox configuration a new field “Password” has been added.

Logging into the system dashboard with the credentials inside here will bring you to the online selfcare portal for that mailbox.

From here, the voicemails can be listened to, read the message via transcription, deleted or archived the messages.
