System Prompt Naming Conventions

For a prompt to be available in the drop down of a call routing application, it must first be named correctly on the system sound filed.

Queue agent-announce-“filename”  Announcement played to an agent before a call is presented
Call Screening Greeting pivr_”filename” Greeting message for Call Screening.
Call Screening “Preamble” pivr-“filename” Preamble will play pre-recorded message before the greeting message.
