How to setup Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Dynamics configuration:

The Microsoft Dynamics side shouldn’t require any special configuration to allow integration.

IPVoice configuration:

All of the following information can be found under in the Microsoft Dynamics portal under “Developer resources” and then “Organisational services”

Organisation Service URL = {Organisation Service URL}

(e.g https://ipvoice.api.crm4.dynamics.com/XRMServices/2011/Organization.svc)

Page URL = {URL of your Organization}

(e.g https://ipvoice.api.crm4.dynamics.com)

Login URL = https://login.microsoftonline.com

Example setup:

Note – Recordings will be uploaded to the contacts page as a note

Once setup, run a test with your Dynamics account email and Password to ensure setup is working.

IPVoice App configuration:

The IPVoice app must be configured with the users Microsoft dynamics email and Password.
