Below are the steps that can be taken to access system voicemail:

How to access an extensions own Voicemail box:

To Access your own Voicemail Box, press the message/voicemail key on your handset, Alternatively the access code *123 can be used.

Alternatively, Voicemails can also be accessed through the online self care portal, the Desktop IPVoice App and also the mobile IPVoice App .

How to access another Extensions Voicemail box:

In order to access any system voice mailbox from any IPVoice extension, dial *124, the user will then hit an attendant that will prompt for the extension number and then the PIN of the voicemail box.

TIP: Dialling *124 followed by extension number will take the user directly to the PIN stage of the voicemail attendant. e.g *1242001.

How to access a voicemail box externally:

To access system voicemail externally, Assign a DDI to the prefix “Remote Access” and the value as Voicemail. When called it will have the same effect as *124.
