  • Successful

Number of successful IPVoice SIP registrations.

  • Failed

Number of failed IPVoice SIP registrations.

  • Lagged

Number of IPVoice SIP registrations that are currently in lagged state.

TIP: Lagged registrations can be a good indication that there are local network issues at an end users site. If you click on the number of lagged/failed registrations a breakdown will be show of what device is causing these events.

IPVoice Services:

Services section of IPVoice dashboard allows us to monitor current status of main system services: IPVoice , PBX Service, IPVoice Proxy, Chat Server, and Memcached. If the green check mark icon is displayed, the service is running without any issues, otherwise, the red *X* mark will inform you that there are some issues with the service and that it has been stopped.

TFTP is always disabled by default for security reasons.

IPVoice

Main IPVoice service, if IPVoice service stops for some reason you would not be able to access your system through web interface.

  • PBX Service

Asterisk is the core service IPVoice is running on. In case asterisk is not running, you will be able to access IPVoice web interface, but you will not be able to make or receive calls.

  • IPVoice Proxy

IPVoice Proxy is connecting to asterisk manager and reading events which are then put into memcached for later usage. Based on that data, monitoring section will provide information users are interested in.

  • Push Notifications

Push notifications are used with the IPVoice mobile applications.

  • Chat Server

Chat Server is the messaging service that allows you to use chat when connected to IPVoice with our desktop apps.

  • Memcached

Memcached service stores information which is read by IPVoice Proxy.

These Settings are mainly here for use of IPVoice support to help diagnose possible server side issues.

Extensions Online:

Extensions online diagram depicts number of online extensions compared to total number of IPVoice extensions.

App Users:

App Users diagram depicts number of logged app users compared to total number of available licenses.

App Editions Online:

This section displays information on apps registered to IPVoice and editions they are using.

NOTE: Please take into consideration that numbers may be slightly off due to the way mobile devices are trying to minimise power consumption. Once application is in the background and not interacted with for some time, the device will defer CPU and network activity to that application.

IPVoice IOS/Android are also affected by this and when systems is in Doze/background mode or when system forces application into standby mode, applications may not be connected to the server and may not receive incoming calls. Doze mode on Android kicks in when the device is not used for more than an hour. On iOS application, Doze mode becomes suspended when in background for more than 10 minutes.

Licensing:

Licensing section helps you to prevent issues with licensing by displaying percentage usage information of your IPVoice license for Extensions, IVRs, Queues and Conferences.

System Hardware Usage:

Hardware usage section displays important information on current server load, it helps us to easily monitor main hardware components like disk space, CPU and memory usage.

  • Disk Usage

Disk usage section displays information on current IPVoice hard disk usage.

  • CPU

CPU section displays information on current CPU usage on IPVoice server.

  • Memory
